If you want to give soft look to your eyes.it is very easy even an ordinary person can apply it like an expert.
There are only eyes other person who is talking to you look at first rest are secondary things. Take a liner brush if you are applying cake liner that is much good to give soft look to your eyes.
Apply a normal line beside your eye line and then take a small sponge brush and merge it with that brush don't merge too much
